Our Primary tutors provide high-quality one-to-one tuition to pupils to support and build confidence in preparation for SATs in English (reading, writing, grammar, punctuation, spelling, handwriting), and Mathematics (number, shape, space and measurement). SATs are national curriculum tests in Year 2 at the end of Key Stage 2 (KS2) and are taken alongside teacher assessments. SATs help parents to understand their child’s strengths and weaknesses. Often at this point a parent will consider private tuition to help strengthen the weaker areas. A tutor will make a bespoke plan to progress the pupil’s learning as effectively as possible.
