We provide a tutoring service which introduces tutors to parents of Key Stage 2 (KS2) pupils. Our Primary tutors provide high-quality one-to-one tuition in basic skills to pupils in Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 when they are usually between 7 and 11 years of age.

For pupils in Scotland, selecting Primary level tuition will display a list of local private tutors who teach the Scottish curriculum. This covers P1 through to P7.

The advantage of one-to-one Primary tuition is that the lessons are targeted to the exact needs of the child and in a distraction-free environment and parents see that as good value for money. The tutor will tailor their teaching methods to the child’s learning style and carefully guide them at their own pace. Each lesson can cover a particular aspect of the Primary curriculum or be a mixture of both English and Maths.

Tutoring at KS2 can help to boost a child’s confidence and self-esteem, and ease the transition to KS3 at secondary school.
